Because customer satisfaction and after-sales care is one of the most important aspects of our business, all G-Rods fishing rods come with a unique warranty program. We take great care to ensure that each G-Rod is manufactured from the finest materials and to the highest possible standard. However, the precise nature of fishing rod manufacturing can, on rare occasions, result in faults. If you experience any problems with your fishing rod, we will deal with it as quickly as possible after confirmation of your warranty registration details.


Crappie Rods
2 year warranty. Limit 2 claims. No warranty on guides or components unless it is due to manufacturer's defect. Must send broken rod, receipt, and warranty fee to our office.

First warranty costs $50. Second warranty cost is 65% of the current retail price. Please also send prepaid shipping label or $25 for shipping.  Follow warranty conditions and claim process below.

First warranty - send broken rod, receipt, & $75 ($50 for rod replacement & $25 for shipping)

2nd warranty - send broken rod, receipt, 65% of retail rod price & $25 for shipping

First Damage
G-Rods has a full replacement policy for the first damaged rod. All warranty conditions must be met before replacement. We understand accidents happen, and we want you to be back in the water quickly!  Warranty replacement fee for first damage is $50.  Please also send prepaid shipping label or $25 for shipping.

All Damages After First Damage
If you damage your rod anytime after the initial damage, we will replace the damaged rod. The replacement fee is 65% of the current retail price for the model. All warranty conditions must be met before replacement. Please also send prepaid shipping label or $25 for shipping.

Warranty Conditions:

  • Warranty applies to original owner only.
  • Warranty is voided if any alternations are made to G-Rods products.  Components (guides, reel seats, cork, EVA, winding checks, threads, etc.) should never be altered.
  • No warranties on blanks once custom rods with G-Rods blanks are built.
  • No warranties on broken guides, grips, EVA, or cork.
  • The broken rod, proof of purchase, and replacement fee must be sent to G-Rods International at 555 Republic Drive, Suite 200, Plano, Texas 75074.
  • Fill out online claim form.
  • Send pre-paid shipping label or $25 for shipping.
  • Subject to inspection and assessment of the fault by our service center, we guarantee we will repair or replace a customer’s rod with the same model or a superior model if a direct replacement is unavailable.
  • We will take action on the warranty process as soon we have your rod and confirmation of your warranty registration details.
