However, the precise nature of fishing rod manufacturing can, on rare occasions, result in faults. If you experience any problems with your fishing rod, we will deal with it as quickly as possible after confirmation of your warranty registration details.

Please send a check for the total amount below, proof of purchase, and broken rod to G-Rods International at 555 Republic Drive, Suite 200, Plano, TX 75074.  Warranty conditions must be met and we must receive your broken rod before replacement.

Warranty Conditions:

  • Our no-hassle warranty applies to original owner only.
  • Warranty is voided if any alternations are made to G-Rods products.  Components (guides, reel seats, cork, EVA, winding checks, threads, etc.) should never be altered.
  • No warranties on blanks once custom rods with G-Rods blanks are built.
  • No warranties on broken guides, grips, EVA, or cork.
  • The broken rod, proof of purchase, and replacement fee must be sent to G-Rods International at 555 Republic Drive, Suite 200, Plano, Texas 75074.
  • Fill out online claim form.
  • Subject to inspection and assessment of the fault by our service center, we guarantee we will repair or replace a customer’s rod with the same model or a superior model if a direct replacement is unavailable.
  • We will take action on the warranty process as soon we have your rod and confirmation of your warranty registration details.
